Delivery and Returns

FREE DELIVERY TO THE UK. At present, we only ship to the United Kingdom although we plan to ship to other EU countries over the coming months. All prices include VAT, post and packing. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery please! It is anticipated that all goods will be despatched on the next working day following your order, although this may vary from time to time. Please note, we will email you if we think there are going to be any delays.

Return Information

All the jewellery comes with a 28-day money back guarantee (subject to a 20% re-stocking fee). So you can shop with us without worry. If there is any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within the 28 days for a full refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace goods which have been removed from the packing card, unless they are faulty.

If you wish to return any goods, please email orelia@oreliaboutique.com. We will then give you a returns reference. The cost of return must be met by the purchaser and not Orelia Limited.

For claims relating to goods that have been damaged or lost in transit, please email orelia@oreliaboutique.com or write to us at Orelia Boutique, C/O Sandbag Limited, PO Box 2656, Reading RG1 8XR. Claims must be made within seven working days of the delivery.
